Education in Pune is a grand issue to talk as the city is known as a town of knowledge. The Goethe–Institute better known as Max Mueller Bhavan commenced its 50th anniversary celebrations in India this year. It has become the strong intercultural bonds between India and Germany. There are six centers in India: Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai.

Many students learned German in last 50 years and today they are joined the institute to broaden the cultural perceptive between both cultures.

This year, there are many cultural programs are arranged on the 50th birthday of the organization. German film festival is one among them. Musical concerts are also arranged for the celebration and the institute has announced the commencement of some new courses like workshop of filmmaking, German training vocational course etc.

Students who are seeking the education in German language, this institution is boon for them. It does not only provides the courses but also introduces the culture of Germany to students, assist them to know Germany by visiting programs, arranging lectures of scholars, arranging film shows etc.

The ancient building of the institute has also contributed city’s aesthetic importance. Whether you are interested in German lingo or not you must visit the place to feel pride for city.
